Here's a little background about my Crystal Lake IL massage therapy practice located in McHenry County, Northern IL. I graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2005 after completing 720 hours of clinical massage therapy classes. I am licensed in the state of Illinois. My advanced studies include over 200 hours in the following... Myofascial Release(including Trigger-Point Therapy and Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome), Pre-Post Natal & Labor Massage, & Sports Massage (including acute and subacute injuries). I feel it is important for me as well as my clients to continue my education on a continual basis. It helps me recharge and be able to offer more benefits to  clientele.

I have a strong passion for massage and believe knowledge and awareness are two powerful components for healing the body.  Massage therapy sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the individual and are enhanced by my intuitive sense of touch and fluidity.
